Our office hours are 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday. Our business office is closed on weekends and holidays. Quite often, you may reach our voicemail because we're out taking care of pets. Your call is
important to us! Please leave us a message and your call will be
returned the same day or within one business day.
Once you have become a client, we will provide you with an after-hours
emergency number so that you are always able to reach us in case of
an emergency or in a situation such as a change in your travel plans
that will require additional visits to your pet than previously scheduled.

confirmed reservations. We must speak to you directly to confirm any
and all reservations, cancellations, and schedule changes. If we are
unable to reach you directly, please be sure that you have received a
message or email from us giving confirmation. If you have a last minute
change or request, it is better to call us rather than email, as we will
receive your voicemail sooner than we'll receive your email.
